During the Covid19 pandemic classes I am really pleased to be able to continue to offer classes and these are online using Zoom with a monthly class schedule available to be booked in advance.With early morning, lunchtime or early evening classes I hope their is something for everyone, with some free sessions if you're new to Zoom so you can try it out.. There is also Chair yoga for those not comfortable about moving from floor to standing postures where the class is done seated. I have also include soemthing for the children from June with Little Yogis for primary school aged children. 

If you haven’t taken the plunge yet with Zoom please be reassured that it is quite easy and how to guidelines are included in your confirmation email. Given the unlikelihood of face to face classes being able to start again soon I would invite you to give it a go at least and join one of the free sessions and see what you think.

Yoga is a century old system of mind and body fitness. From physical fitness developing flexibility, strength, balance, posture, co-ordination and body awareness. As well, yoga gives attention to the breath reminding us how to breathe properly, expanding lung capacity and improving endurance. But as well as excercising our body yoga also helps us learn to relax, with yoga teaching us how to take a few moments from the busy and hectic pace that is life to simply breathe, relax and be calmer.

Beginner Adult Yoga Course - CURRENTLY N/A 

Regular courses are run on a rolling basis and is suitable for complete beginners or those preferring a gentler class, the course is 8 weeks and will introduce the basic yoga postures, basic breath work as well as different relaxation techniques - it is ideal for those new to yoga or returning to exercise or want a gentle hatha yoga class. Hatha Yoga is a gentle and traditional form of yoga.

  • Tuesdays 6.45pm - 7.45pm
  • The Cranham Community Centre, Marlborough Gardens (off Avon Road on the 248 bus route)

Gentle Hatha Yoga Class (4 week block booking or single classes) - CURRENTLY N/A

These Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for all abilities and are taught in a small class so suitable for beginners and experienced alike.

  • Mondays and Wednesdays 10am to 11.15am
  • Garden Studio, Upminster

Adult All Levels Evening Class (drop in or block book) CURRENTLY N/A

These Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for all abilities although some yoga expereince is recommended. Postures are introduced at their most basic and stuidents can work through levels introduced or work at level appropirate for them making it a suitable class for all abilities. Each class includes breathwortk as well as a guided relaxation/ meditation. It is a tradtional hatha yoga class.

  • Tuesday Evenings 8pm - 9.30pm
  • The Cranham Community Centre, Marlborough Gardens (off Avon Road on the 248 bus route)

 Classes are £9 drop in or £58.50 for 8 weeks (1.5 classes free).

All classes require the completion of a health questionnaire.  Please use this to advise of any medical/health issues you have. Remember yoga is an excellent form of excercise for health and well-being but does not replace seeing your GP.
