SUP yoga is where you practice yoga on the water, with the stand up paddleboard as your mat. No experience of yoga or SUP is needed as classes are tailored to your ability. So is suitable for everyone from beginners looking for something new to try to experienced yogis who want that extra challenge.
A fun way to exercise and great for improving your core strength and stamina as you engage every muscle to keep your body stable and balanced. With balance you heighten your focus skills too. A wonderful way to enjoy the outdoors, sitting on the beautiful lake with nature connecting the body and mind with this unique yoga practice. .
This year I am offering it at two outdoor centres - Stubbers Adventure Centre in Upminster, Essex and WakeUp Docklands in Royal Victoria Docks.

Each class is £25 – this includes board hire, wetsuit and buoyancy aid hire if needed (you can wear normal yoga clothes but be prepared as you may fall in) and is led by experienced yoga teacher, and SUP yoga instructor, Vikki. Two classes can be purchased for the discounted price of £40 (£20 per session)
